EC Markets Brings Partners Together for KOP Run Bangkok 2026
An early start, a shared finish line and an unforgettable evening with our Thailand partners. KOP Run Bangkok 2026 brought our Liverpool FC partnership to life in a way that went far beyond the race itself.
Before sunrise on 13 September, Bangkok was already alive with thousands of runners preparing for KOP Run Bangkok 2026.
Among them were our Thailand partners, clients and team members, all ready to take on either the 5K or 10K challenge alongside the wider Liverpool FC running community.
Over the following two days, the experience would move from the starting line to the dinner table, bringing together the people who continue to play an important role in our growth across Thailand.

Bangkok, 5AM: Time to Run
There is something different about meeting your business partners before dawn in running shoes rather than a meeting room.
That was the atmosphere surrounding KOP Run Bangkok.
As runners gathered at the start line, our group joined Liverpool FC supporters from across Thailand for one of the city’s most anticipated running events.
The morning was filled with energy from the very beginning. From warm-ups and team photos to the race itself, it was an opportunity to experience the event together rather than simply attend it.
Whether taking on the 5K or pushing through the 10K route, everyone shared the same finish line and the same sense of achievement at the end of the morning.
More importantly, it gave us time together outside the usual business environment.
And the weekend wasn’t over at the finish line.
The KOP Run Continued Off the Course
During the evening, Sales Director Fern shared a short look at the progress we’ve made across the business, from our international growth and recent industry recognition to the opportunities ahead.
The conversation also turned to our partnership with Liverpool FC and what comes next as we move into a new season.
KOP Run Bangkok was itself a good example of that next chapter: taking the partnership beyond traditional brand visibility and creating experiences that our partners and clients can be part of.
Putting Our Partners at the Centre
The evening wasn’t only about looking back.
Selected partners and Introducing Brokers joined us on camera to share their experiences of working with EC Markets, what they value in a broker relationship and their perspective on the opportunities ahead.
It also gave our Thailand partners and wider team time together away from the usual meetings and day-to-day business.
The night ended with a Liverpool FC lucky draw, including an unsigned jersey and a signed LFC jersey for the grand-prize winner.

What Comes Next
KOP Run Bangkok is one of several Liverpool FC activations planned as we head into the new season.
For us, the partnership is not only about global visibility. It gives us opportunities to create experiences with our partners and clients in the markets where we operate, and Bangkok was one of them.
