1. Promoter
This competition is organised by EC Markets (“the Promoter”). Liverpool Football Club is not a sponsor of, and is not responsible for, the organisation, administration, or fulfilment of this competition, and this competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Liverpool Football Club.
2. Competition Period
The competition will run duringWealth Expo Ecuador 2026, taking place on 25 April 2026 at Swissôtel Quito, Ecuador, and will close on 25 April 2026 at 15:00 (Quito local time).
3. Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 18 years or older
- Participants must attend Wealth Expo Ecuador 2026 in person
- Employees of EC Markets, its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate
- Only one (1) entry per person is permitted
4. How to Enter
To qualify for entry, participants must complete all of the following steps during the promotional period:
- Scan the official QR code displayed at Booth 4
- Complete and submit the registration form on the official landing page
- Present confirmation of registration to EC Markets staff before participating
Only registered participants will be permitted to take part in the Reaction Challenge.
Each participant will receive one (1) 30-second game session.
During the game:
- Pads will light up randomly across the LED screen
- Participants must tap the EC Markets logo pads to score points
- Tapping plain red pads will not score points
The participant’s final score will be recorded upon completion of the game.
Failure to complete the registration process prior to participation may result in disqualification.
5. Winner Selection
- The participant with the highest score during the competition period will receive First Prize
- The participant with the second-highest score will receive Second Prize
Winners will be announced on 25 April 2026 at 16:00 (Quito local time) at Booth 4 during Wealth Expo Ecuador 2026.
Participants must be present at the time of announcement to claim their prize. If a selected winner is not present and does not claim the prize within that period, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest-scoring participant.
In the event of a tie, the participant who reached the tied score first will be declared the winner.
6. Prizes
The prizes are as follows:
- 1st Prize: One (1) Liverpool FC Full Kit (Fan Jersey + Shorts)
- 2nd Prize: One (1) Liverpool FC Player Jersey
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.
7. Data Protection
By registering via the QR code landing page, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by EC Markets for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with the company’s privacy policy.
Personal data will not be shared with Liverpool Football Club for the purposes of this competition.
8. General Conditions
This competition is subject to any applicable approvals or authorisations required under Ecuadorian law.
EC Markets reserves the right to:
- Disqualify any participant suspected of misconduct or rule violations
- Refuse participation to individuals who do not complete the required registration
- Amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control
