1. Promoter
This promotional activity is organised by EC Markets Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius under Company No. 188565 GBC. EC Markets Limited is authorised and regulated by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) under Licence No. GB21200130 (“EC Markets” or the “Promoter”).
EC Markets is an Official Global Partner of Liverpool Football Club. However, Liverpool Football Club is not responsible for the organisation, administration, winner selection or fulfilment of this promotional activity.
This promotion is separate from any EC Markets financial product or service. Participation in the promotion does not constitute an offer, solicitation or recommendation to trade or invest in any financial product.
2. Competition Period
The EC Markets Lucky Draw will take place during Money Expo Argentina 2026, held on 3–4 October 2026 at the Hilton Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Registration will be available during exhibition opening hours on both days, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
The prize draw will take place on 4 October 2026 at approximately 16:00 local time at Booth #15.
3. Eligibility
Participation is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Participants must attend Money Expo Argentina 2026 in person.
- Only one (1) registration per person is permitted.
- Employees of EC Markets, its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Participation in the promotional activity is free. No purchase from, or payment to, EC Markets, deposit, account opening or trading activity is required to participate or win. .
- Participation in the booth activations does not require funding of a trading account.
- Any EC Markets products or services are subject to separate eligibility requirements, onboarding procedures and the terms and conditions of the applicable EC Markets entity.
4. How to Enter
To qualify for entry, participants must complete all of the following steps during the promotional period:
- Scan the official QR code displayed at Booth #15.
- Complete and submit the registration form on the official Lucky Draw landing page.
- Provide the required registration details to the EC Markets team at Booth #15 to complete the check-in process.
Once the required steps have been successfully completed, the eligible participant will be automatically entered into the Lucky Draw.
Only one entry per eligible participant is permitted. Duplicate registrations will not result in additional entries.
Failure to complete the required steps may result in the entry being deemed ineligible.
Only registered participants will be permitted to take part in the Football Challenge.
5. Winner Selection
All eligible entries received during the promotional period will be included in a random winner selection process.
One (1) winner will be selected at random.
The draw will take place at approximately 16:00 local time on 4 October 2026 at Booth #15.
The selected winner must be present at the time of the draw to claim the prize.
If the selected winner is not present, cannot be verified as an eligible participant, or does not claim the prize within a reasonable period determined by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and the administration of the draw will be final, subject to applicable law.
6. Prizes
The prize is as follows:
- One (1) Liverpool FC 2026/27 Home Jersey.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.
By entering the Lucky Draw and accepting a prize, you agree to allow EC Markets to use photographs and video footage of you in our marketing materials, including across our website, social media channels and other digital platforms.
7. Data Protection
By registering via the QR code landing page, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by EC Markets for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with the company’s privacy policy.
Personal data will not be shared with Liverpool Football Club for the purposes of this competition.
8. General Conditions
This promotional activity is subject to all applicable laws, regulations, permits, approvals and authorisations in Argentina.
EC Markets reserves the right to:
- Disqualify any participant suspected of misconduct or rule violations
- Refuse participation to individuals who do not complete the required registration
- Amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control
