1. Promoter
This promotional activity is organised by EC Markets Securities & Financial Promotion L.L.C, a company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the federal laws of the UAE under registration number 2430405, and holding a Category 5 licence from the UAE Capital Market Authority (CMA) (“EC Markets” or the “Promoter”).
EC Markets is an Official Global Partner of Liverpool Football Club. However, Liverpool Football Club is not responsible for the organisation, administration, winner selection or fulfilment of this promotional activity.
This promotion is separate from any EC Markets financial product or service. Participation in the promotion does not constitute an offer, solicitation or recommendation to trade or invest in any financial product.
2. Competition Period
- The EC Markets Lucky Draw will take place during Forex Expo Dubai 2026, held on 22-23 September 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Participation will be available during exhibition opening hours on each day, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
- The prize draw will take place each day at approximately 16:00 Gulf Standard Time (GST / UTC+4) at Booth #001.
3. Eligibility
- Participation is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Participants must attend Forex Expo Dubai 2026 in person.
- Only one (1) registration per person is permitted.
- Employees of EC Markets, its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Participation in the promotional activity is free. No purchase from, or payment to, EC Markets, deposit, account opening or trading activity is required to participate or win. .
- Participation in the booth activations does not require funding of a trading account.
- Any EC Markets products or services are subject to separate eligibility requirements, onboarding procedures and the terms and conditions of the applicable EC Markets entity.
- Participation and prizes are subject to availability.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
To qualify for entry, participants must complete all of the following steps during the promotional period:
- Scan the official QR code displayed at Booth #001.
- Complete and submit the registration form on the official landing page.
Once registration has been successfully completed, the eligible participant will be automatically entered into the applicable daily Lucky Draw.
Failure to complete any of the above steps may result in disqualification.
5. Winner Selection
- Each eligible participant who successfully registers will receive one (1) entry into the applicable daily draw.
- At approximately 16:00 GST each day, eligible entries for that day’s draw will be entered into a random winner selection process.
- One (1) winner will be selected at random each day.
- Participants must be present at the time of the draw to claim the prize.
- If the selected winner is not present or does not claim the prize within a reasonable period determined by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Prizes
The prize is as follows:
- Day 1: One (1) signed Liverpool FC jersey.
- Day 2: One (1) Liverpool FC jersey signed by eleven (11) Liverpool FC players.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.
By entering the Lucky Draw and accepting a prize, you agree to allow EC Markets to use photographs and video footage of you in our marketing materials, including across our website, social media channels and other digital platforms.
7. Data Protection
By submitting the giveaway form, participants consent to the collection and processing of tBy registering via the QR code landing page, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by EC Markets for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with the company’s privacy policy.
Personal data will not be shared with Liverpool Football Club for the purposes of this competition.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with EC Markets’ Privacy Policy. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in communications.

EC Markets reserves the right to:
This competition is subject to all applicable laws, regulations, permits, approvals and authorisations required in the United Arab Emirates and/or Dubai.
EC Markets reserves the right to:
- Disqualify any participant suspected of misconduct or rule violations
- Refuse participation to individuals who do not complete the required registration
- Amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control
