This giveaway is promoted by EC Markets (the “Promoter”). Promoter details and contact information will be made available on request or via EC Markets’ official website/social channels.
How to Enter
To qualify for entry into the EC Markets Christmas Giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps during the promotional period:
- Follow the official EC Markets account on the platform where the giveaway is hosted.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Tag two (2) friends in the comments.
All steps must be completed for a valid entry. Participants may comment/tag multiple times, but only one (1) entry per person will be counted, plus one bonus entry if the post is shared.
Competition Period
The giveaway runs from 24 December 2025 until 3 January 2026 at 23:59 GMT.
- Three (3) winners will be selected.
- Winners will be announced on 5 January 2026 via EC Markets’ official channels.
- Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize.
Failure to do so will result in a replacement winner being selected.

Prize Conditions:
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternatives.
- EC Markets reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.
Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of EC Markets, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and their immediate families are not eligible.
- The giveaway is open globally unless prohibited by local laws or regulations.
- EC Markets reserves the right to request proof of identity or eligibility.
Selection of Winners
- Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries (including bonus entries).
- The random draw will be conducted by EC Markets or an appointed representative.
- Decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
General Terms
- By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and/or social handle for winner announcements.
- EC Markets reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate platform guidelines.
- EC Markets may amend or cancel the competition at its discretion if circumstances require it.
- This giveaway is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Meta (Instagram/Facebook), X, or any other platform.
