Fivos has held senior positions in reputable firms, with a proven track record in legal guidance, project management, and business development. In his most recent role as Head of Legal Matters at MetaQuotes Ltd., he managed significant legal cases and established high-performing internal and external legal teams. His leadership in regulatory matters, including authorities such as the SEC, FCA, CYSEC, and ASIC, demonstrates his deep understanding of the complex regulatory environment governing the fintech and online trading sectors.
Fivos is also well-known for his ability to bridge legal and technological environments, acting as a trusted intermediary between technology developers and legal professionals. His areas of expertise include software licensing, intellectual property protection, anti-piracy measures, regulatory compliance, data protection, and corporate governance. With his strategic mindset, he has successfully aligned legal strategies with corporate objectives, contributing in innovative ways to the growth of the companies in which he has operated, all within objectively stringent regulatory environments.
