1. Promoter
These promotional activities are organised by EC Markets, regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius under licence number No. GB21200130 (“EC Markets” or the “Promoter”).
“EC Markets is an Official Global Partner of Liverpool Football Club. However, Liverpool Football Club is not responsible for the organisation, administration, winner selection or fulfilment of these promotional activities.” – To ensure that EC Markets’ official partnership with Liverpool FC is accurately stated, while clarifying that Liverpool FC is not responsible for administering the promotional activities.
“The Promoter’s authorisation by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius does not constitute authorisation or approval by any regulatory authority in India. These promotional activities do not constitute an offer, solicitation or recommendation of any financial product or service in India.” – To ensure that the Mauritius FSC licence is not interpreted as regulatory authorisation in India and that the booth activities are not presented as a financial promotion or offer of services in India.
2. Promotion Period
The EC Markets booth activations will take place during Money Expo India 2026, held on 29-30 August 2026 at Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, India.
Participation will be available during exhibition opening hours, subject to availability and the individual activation conditions set out below.
The Daily Liverpool FC Prize Draw will take place at approximately 16:00 local time each day at EC Markets Booth 42.
3. Eligibility
- Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Participants must attend Money Expo India 2026 in person.
- Only one (1) registration per person is permitted.
- Employees of EC Markets, its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Participation in the promotional activities is free. No purchase from, or payment to, EC Markets, deposit, account opening or trading activity is required to participate or win.” – To ensure that the no-purchase statement is accurate, as admission to Money Expo India is separately governed by the event organiser.
- Participation in the booth activations does not require the opening or funding of a trading account.
- Any EC Markets products or services are subject to separate eligibility requirements, onboarding procedures and the terms and conditions of the applicable EC Markets entity.
- Participation and prizes are subject to availability.
4. How to Participate
To participate in the EC Markets booth activations, entrants must:
- Visit EC Markets Booth 42 during Money Expo India 2026.
- Scan the official QR code displayed at the booth.
- Complete and submit the applicable registration or enquiry form.
- Complete any verification reasonably required by an EC Markets representative for the purposes of the activation.
Once registration has been successfully completed, eligible participants may receive an EC Markets merchandise pack, participate in Spin & Win and be entered into the Daily Liverpool FC Prize Draw, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Incomplete, duplicate or fraudulent registrations may be rejected.
Registration for these promotional activities does not constitute the opening of an EC Markets trading account.
5. EC Markets Merchandise
Each eligible participant who successfully completes the registration process may receive one (1) EC Markets event merchandise pack.
The merchandise pack may include:
- One (1) EC Markets Tote Bag
- One (1) EC Markets Notepad
- One (1) EC Markets Pen
Merchandise is available while stocks last.
A maximum of one (1) merchandise pack per eligible participant is permitted.
Merchandise is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or an alternative item.
EC Markets reserves the right to substitute an item with an alternative of similar value where necessary.
6. Spin & Win
Following successful registration, eligible participants will receive one (1) opportunity to participate in the EC Markets digital Spin & Win activation.
Participants must activate the digital wheel in accordance with the instructions provided by the EC Markets event team.
Potential prizes include:
- One (1) Stanley Cup
- One (1) Power Bank
The result displayed by the digital Spin & Win system at the completion of an eligible spin will determine whether the participant has won and, where applicable, the prize awarded.
Each eligible participant may participate in Spin & Win once only during the event.
All prizes are subject to availability and while stocks last.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or an alternative.
7. Daily Liverpool FC Prize Draw
Every eligible participant who successfully completes the required registration will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable Daily Liverpool FC Prize Draw.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted for each applicable daily draw.
At approximately 16:00 local time each day, all eligible entries for that day’s draw will be entered into a random winner selection process.
One (1) winner will be selected using a random winner selection platform.
Daily Prizes
- Day 1 – 29 August 2026: One (1) Liverpool FC Jersey
- Day 2 – 30 August 2026: One (1) Liverpool FC Ball
Participants must be present at EC Markets Booth 42 at the time of the draw to claim their prize.
If a selected winner is not present or does not claim the prize within a reasonable period determined by the Promoter, EC Markets reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.
Each participant may win a maximum of one (1) Daily Liverpool FC Prize during the event.
8. Prizes & Merchandise
All prizes and merchandise are subject to availability.
Prizes and merchandise:
- Are non-transferable.
- Are non-exchangeable.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be substituted at the participant’s request.
EC Markets reserves the right to substitute any prize or merchandise item with an item of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
Images of prizes or merchandise used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes and actual items may vary.
9. Data Protection
By submitting the applicable QR code registration or enquiry form, participants acknowledge that their personal data will be collected and processed by EC Markets for the purposes of administering the booth activations and handling their submitted enquiry, in accordance with the applicable EC Markets Privacy Policy.
Where a participant separately provides consent to receive marketing communications, their personal data may also be processed for those purposes in accordance with that consent and applicable law.
Personal data will not be shared with Liverpool Football Club for the purposes of administering these promotional activities.
10. General Conditions
These promotional activities are subject to applicable laws, regulations and any Money Expo India or venue requirements.
Participation in an event promotion does not constitute eligibility for, or acceptance as a client of, EC Markets.
EC Markets reserves the right to:
- Verify the eligibility and identity of any participant.
- Reject duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent registrations.
- Disqualify any participant suspected of misconduct, manipulation or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Refuse participation where the required registration process has not been completed.
- Withhold a prize where eligibility requirements have not been satisfied.
- Amend, suspend or cancel any activation where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility, participation and winner selection will be final, subject to applicable law.
By participating in any EC Markets Money Expo India 2026 booth activation, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
