1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised by EC Markets (“the Promoter”). Liverpool Football Club is not a sponsor of, and is not responsible for, the organisation, administration, or fulfilment of this giveaway, and this giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Liverpool Football Club.
2. Competition Period
The giveaway will run during the EC Markets Liverpool FC Watch Party taking place on 24 May 2026, in Medellín, Colombia.
The giveaway opens when the event begins and closes immediately following the end of the Liverpool FC vs Brentford match, including any additional injury time or delays.
The winner will be selected and announced live at the event following the final whistle, subject to any match schedule changes or delays.
3. Eligibility
- Only one (1) entry per person is permitted
- Open to individuals aged 18 years or older
- Participants must attend the EC Markets Liverpool FC Watch Party in person
- Employees of EC Markets, its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate
- Participants must complete the registration process in full to qualify for entry
- No purchase, deposit, trading account, or trading activity is required to enter or win.
4. How to Enter
To qualify for entry, participants must complete all of the following steps during the promotional period:
- Complete and submit the registration form on the official landing page
- Provide all requested registration details accurately
- Attend the event in person at the time of the live winner announcement
Once registration is successfully completed, participants will automatically be entered into the giveaway draw.
Failure to complete the registration process may result in disqualification.
5. Winner Selection
- One (1) winner will be selected at random
- The winner will be announced live at the event immediately following the final whistle of the Liverpool FC vs Brentford match
- Participants must be present at the time of announcement to claim their prize
- If the selected winner is not present or does not claim the prize within a reasonable period determined by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner
- Additional winners may continue to be drawn until the prize is successfully claimed by an eligible attendee present at the event
6. Prizes
The prize is as follows:
- One (1) Signed Liverpool FC jersey
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Data Protection
By registering via the QR code landing page, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by EC Markets for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with the company’s privacy policy.
Personal data will not be shared with Liverpool Football Club for the purposes of this competition.
8. General Conditions
This competition is subject to any applicable approvals or authorisations required under Colombian law.
EC Markets reserves the right to:
- Disqualify any participant suspected of misconduct or rule violations
- Refuse participation to individuals who do not complete the required registration
- Amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control
