About Commodities
When trading commodities please note that all commodities are traded in the form of units: All units are set to a uniformed amount known as a “lot”. This is the lowest tradable amount of an asset.
- Coffee = pounds (lb)
- Oil = barrels (bbl)
- Wheat = bushels (bu)
Market Hours
Trading begins each Sunday at 22:00 Greenwich Mean Time and finishes on Friday at 21:00 GMT.
Between 21:15 - 22:00 trading shall cease and it will not be possible to execute market orders.
Between 22:00 GMT and 23:00 GMT, Gold and Silver will be closed for trading because of the low liquidity.
